Homelessness:
Through our Progressive Efforts and Approaches to Combat Homelessness (P.E.A.C.H.) and P.E.A.C.H. Residential programs we coordinate and/or provide essential services, support and short or long term shelter and/or supportive housing for homeless young adults ages 18-24.
Core Programs and Services: How We Make an Impact!
In addition to our efforts through our four Core Programs, Ujima Way provides direct services such as consulting, contracting, collaboration, program development and program delivery to support; 1) prevention, intervention, diversion and re-entry initiatives for high-risk and court involved youth and young adults; and 2) life-skills, financial literacy, career readiness and entrepreneurship efforts, geared towards in-school, out-of- school-time, mentoring, athletic, and other programs for school-aged youth.
