Core Programs and Services: How We Make an Impact!

2020 Goal: 250 Young Adults Served

Homelessness: Through our Progressive Efforts and Approaches to Combat Homelessness (P.E.A.C.H.) and P.E.A.C.H. Residential programs we coordinate and/or provide essential services, support and short or long term shelter and/or supportive housing for homeless young adults ages 18-24.

2020 Goal: 50 Youth & Young Adults Served

​Health and Wellness: We coordinate and/or provide mental health and substance abuse services for high-risk and vulnerable youth and young adults ages 16-24

2020 Goal: 100 Youth & Young Adults Served

Employment: We coordinates and provide entrepreneurship, job readiness, career training, and job placement for less fortunate, high-risk and court involved youth and young adults ages 16-24.

2020 Goal: 25 Organizations Served

Education & Training: Through consulting and contracted services, Ujima Way provides technical and program support, training and development opportunities for small nonprofits and other grassroots organizations with budgets under $250,000.

Core Programs and Services: How We Make an Impact!

In addition to our efforts through our four Core Programs, Ujima Way provides direct services such as consulting, contracting, collaboration, program development and program delivery to support; 1) prevention, intervention, diversion and re-entry initiatives for high-risk and court involved youth and young adults; and 2) life-skills, financial literacy, career readiness and entrepreneurship efforts, geared towards in-school, out-of- school-time, mentoring, athletic, and other programs for school-aged youth.
